Scope

These terms apply to the website qitketsqat.online and all of its pages ("the site"), run by the QitketsQat editorial team ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. How we handle personal data is explained separately in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

Information only

QitketsQat is an independent visitor guide to Qatar's stadiums, cinemas, film culture and sights. Its content is general information to help you plan a trip. It is not travel, legal, medical or financial advice, and it does not replace the official information published by venues, event organisers, transport operators and public authorities.

We do not sell tickets, take reservations or act as a travel agency or tour operator, and nothing on the site is an offer to enter into a contract. Advice on heat, hydration, crowds and similar matters is general in nature: follow official guidance on the day and seek medical advice where you need it.

No guarantee of accuracy or currency

We research carefully and review pages regularly, but details such as opening hours, entry and security rules, transport services, event dates and stadium capacities change, sometimes at short notice. We cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it.

Before you travel or make plans that depend on a detail, check the current official information. Many figures on the site are rounded, and where sources disagree we say so.

No affiliation

QitketsQat is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any football or other sports governing body, tournament organiser, government body, venue, museum, festival or transport operator. Names of venues, events and institutions appear only to identify them.

Intellectual property

The texts, page structure, design, logo and graphics of the site are the work of QitketsQat and are protected by copyright.

The photographs are not ours. They belong to their authors and are used under the licences stated for each one on our image credits page, mainly Creative Commons licences and public domain dedications. If you want to reuse a photo, the terms of its own licence apply, not these terms; the credits page links to each original file. The typefaces Unbounded and Manrope are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Permitted use

You may read, print and save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you are welcome to share links to any page.

You may quote short passages from our texts, provided the quotation is accurate and clearly marked, is attributed to QitketsQat, and is accompanied by a link to the page it comes from.

Anything beyond that needs our prior written permission. This includes reproducing whole pages or substantial parts of them, republishing our texts on other websites or in apps, any commercial use, and systematic copying, scraping or compiling of our content, for example to build databases or train automated systems. Please do not frame the site inside another website or present our work as your own. Requests go to info@qitketsqat.online.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site in any way that could damage, overload or impair it, and do not try to gain unauthorised access to the server, its software or its data.

External links

The site links to other websites, such as official venue information, Wikimedia Commons and licence texts. We choose these links with care, but we have no control over their content, which may change at any time, and we accept no responsibility for it. A link does not mean that we endorse the site or its operator. If you find a link that no longer works or points somewhere it should not, please let us know.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, information on the site, or from the site being temporarily unavailable. That includes, for example, a missed event, travel disruption or expenses incurred because a detail had changed.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.

Changes

We may change the site and these terms at any time, for example when we add new features or when the law changes. The version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, applies. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to that use.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to its original purpose.
